All sales are final. Since we purchase all materials upon receipt of your order, we have a strict no-cancellation policy. In order to ensure you’re getting exactly the cart that meets your needs, we will be available to answer any questions you may have. Once you have determined the requirements of your state and/or municipality, we can make any modifications to your cart that are required to meet their mandates. We will produce a drawing that incorporates your specific needs, and outline any additional costs that maybe associated with your unique specifications.
